The Watershed Stewards Academy is currently accepting applications for the 2016-2017 Class of Master Watershed Stewards
Watershed Stewards Academy (WSA) certification course trains and supports citizens to become Master Watershed Stewards. Master Watershed Stewards take action with their neighbors to address the problem of stormwater pollution and restore local waterways in Anne Arundel County.
Prospective Stewards need not have prior knowledge; they will receive training to identify and solve environmental problems in their community and form connections with a local network of energized leaders. Watershed Stewards may choose to serve within the community in which they live, work or worship. See below for information on the application process.
Support Environmental Literacy in Anne Arundel County Public Schools
This year WSA is offering an Environmental Literacy Track to those interested in working with public schools in Anne Arundel County to promote Environmental Literacy. Participants in this year’s certification course may choose to receive specialized training to work with students.

Attendance at any of our free Informational Orientations is required prior to submitting an application. Please register for a session at the Anne Arundel County Watershed Stewards Academy website: www.aawsa.org.
